Dave has been dancing for over 13 years and has competed and won numerous awards in country western, swing, and hustle competition. He began competing in the UCWDC as both a pro-am and classic couples competitor and has sought to expand his dance knowledge and experience since then.

Dave continued his training, expanding into ballroom, hustle, and even jazz where he has been coached by some of the top professionals in the country. Dave is an avid dancer who promotes and supports dancing wherever he goes. He is currently working and living in Boise, ID, with a home and friends back in MI.

"I have trained in and competed in many different dance styles, but my favorite dance and the one that got me started was country Two-Step. There is no other dance that gets me more excited to get out on the dance floor."
